If your opponent has more cards in his hand than you, he discards cards until he has the same number of cards as you and then you draw cards until you have the same number of cards as he had; if he has more cards in his Arsenal than you, he overturns cards until he has the same number of cards as you and then you shuffle cards from your Ringside pile into your Arsenal until you have the same number of cards as he had.
