Can only be played when there is a Venue card in any Ring area.
Cannot be reversed when your opponent has a Venue card in his Ring area.
When this card is in your Ring area, all maneuvers are -4D.
When any player successfully plays a maneuver, he may discard any number of cards and that maneuver is +2D for each card discarded.
Once during each of your turns, before your Draw Segment, you may remove 2 cards in your Ringside pile from the game. If you do not, put this card into your Ringside pile.
