As an action, draw 3 cards or search your Arsenal for 1 card, put it into your hand, and shuffle your Arsenal.
As a reversal, reverse any maneuver and end your opponent's turn. The maneuver goes in your opponent's Ring area, blank its text, and overturn the normal damage, regardless of overturned Reversal cards. If the first card you play on your next turn is the card titled Booker's Scissor Kick or Spinning T Kick, it cannot be reversed.
